Going from one ramp or obstacle to another within the same air or line.

A transfer is jumping from one structure to another without touching the ground in between: from one quarter to another over a spine, from one bowl to another lobe, from a hip to an extension. It's some of the most eye-catching transition skating because it combines speed, line reading and commitment. The bigger the gap between obstacles, the gnarlier the transfer.
